I saw this "trend alert" in a specialty kids clothing magazine:            

It says: "TREND ALERT: Flounce hems add the cutest details!"

So, I thought I would try my own "flounce hems" to see how they would look:

Little Pumpkins

This one is for my littlest pumpkin, Ellie.  I think I will add an orange/white polka dot ruffle to the bottom of some brown leggings, or a swirl skirt in the brown fabric from the stem.....not sure, yet.  She will probably end up wearing it with just jeans :) !!
